Corn & Soybean Forecast: 11/17/25

Corn Holds Slight Bullish Bias as Soybeans Turn Softer — Quantum Hedging Weekly Forecast (Nov 17)

We’re pleased to share this week’s Corn and Soybean Forecasts* — the latest update in the Quantum Hedging (QH) Product, featuring both Flat Price and Spread Forecasts as markets transition into late November. Model signals continue to reflect the interplay between seasonals, technical momentum, and inter-commodity relationships across the grain complex.

Corn Outlook

Corn maintains a slightly bullish tone for the second week in a row, with the QH model assigning a 69% probability of higher prices over the next month. March corn (CH25) is forecast at $4.51/bu, a 7¢ increase from current levels. While seasonals remain flat this time of year, technical indicators and soybean-linked volatility continue to support a firmer bias as the market moves past the heaviest harvest pressure.

Soybean Outlook

Soybeans dip to a slightly bearish bias this week, with the QH model showing a 46% probability of higher prices. Seasonal strength normally seen in November is being offset by weakened technical signals and a softening market structure. After strong advances in October, soybeans appear to be entering a consolidation phase with reduced follow-through momentum.

Spread Forecasts

Corn spreads remain steady, supported by firmer futures and moderate bullish tendencies in CH/CK and CH/CN relationships. Soybean spreads, by contrast, continue to soften, reflecting market hesitation following October’s rapid tightening. Seasonal tendencies and weaker technical features point to a more cautious spread environment heading into December.

This week’s forecast continues Quantum Hedging’s commitment to data-driven clarity, helping commercial and institutional clients interpret price behavior, spreads, and relative-value signals through the harvest transition.
